Charlotte is recruiting a Sales Account Manager on behalf of our client, a global leader in water quality monitoring and disinfection control technology. In this role, you will manage and grow existing client relationships while supporting new business development efforts. You’ll also maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate records and drive strategic client engagement. Salary: $90k super FMV OTE Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximise business opportunities. Identify and execute strategies to drive account growth and client satisfaction. Support the sales team in new business development activities, including prospecting and client presentations. Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely client records and sales reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and delivery of solutions. Requirements: Proven experience in account management or a similar sales role. Strong relationship-building skills with a client-focused mindset. Ability to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Experience with CRM systems and a data-driven approach to sales management. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
