We are currently recruiting an Internal Sales Coordinator / Customer Service person to join a leading wholesale company, supporting retailers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you excel in customer service and enjoy managing the process from order to delivery, this role is perfect for you. As an Internal Sales / Customer Service person your role will be Order Processing Administration, you will take charge of handling orders, processing them in the system, and providing updates to clients about discontinued product ranges or new offerings. This role focuses on customer service without sales and requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a full time, permanent position, based in Alexandria. Responsibilities Process customer orders from start to finish with precision and efficiency. Communicate with clients (retailers) regarding product changes and updates. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system. What You Bring Proven experience in a customer service or order processing role. Ideally worked for a wholesaler but not essential Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office relevant systems.
