Key Responsibilities Construction Management Oversee all stages of BESS construction, from site preparation and foundations to system installation and commissioning. Monitor progress against timelines and budgets, proactively addressing potential delays or cost overruns. Ensure compliance with design specifications, construction plans, and regulatory standards. Provide detailed project updates, addressing any concerns or queries promptly. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or resources with minimal impact on deliverables. Quality Assurance and Control Develop and enforce quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards. Conduct inspections at each construction stage, resolving issues early to maintain project integrity. Oversee the commissioning process, ensuring systems are thoroughly tested and meet performance requirements. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with certifications and warranties. Project Reporting and Documentation Prepare detailed reports on site progress, challenges, and outcomes for senior management and clients. Maintain accurate records of project expenses, resources, and timelines. Ensure timely handover of all project documentation, including as-built drawings and operational manuals, to clients.
