OVERVIEW We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Receptionist/Office Administrator to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is a strong communicator, and thrives on being the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Please note, this is a full-time onsite role , and the successful candidate will be expected to work from our office location. While our business is to focus on providing workforces for regional Australia, your work will be based 10 minutes from Brisbane CBD on the outskirts of Fortitude Valley, close to public transport and relaxing leafy parklands. TYPICAL DUTIES Manage our Reception calls, targeting a 90% answer rate Meet and greet visitors to the office in a warm friendly manner Office management including stationary supplies, organisation of events and kitchen supplies Manage the onboarding for new staff including ensuring Day 1 set up for new staff is all on time. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES Previous experience in a receptionist or office administration role preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy office environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. A positive and friendly attitude with a high level of professionalism. Experience in the agricultural sector is a plus, but not required. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Previous administration experience or exposure. Genuine interest in the agriculture industry. Adept in Microsoft Office suite and engagement with other digital technologies.
