They are urgently looking for a Lead/Senior Civil Designer who will play a critical role across Sustaining Capital Projects, Studies & Major Projects. The Role You will be a hands on leader involved in the design for projects.You will collaborate with other disciplines within the Engineering team to develop solutions for various clients & projectsYou will develop and mentor mid-level designers and foster a high-performing team.You will ensure the team are producing quality designs for the projectYou will be client facing and contribute and lead internal meetings to ensure alignment with client/project expectations.
