THE TOLL GROUP "WE MOVE THE BUSINESSES THAT MOVE THE WORLD" The Role Toll People currently has a TEMP opportunity for a Warehouse Team Leader to lead a small dynamic and customer focused operations team based in Moorebank. You will be responsible for leading the warehouse team and having hands on operations engagement to ensure smooth running of processes whilst driving a strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Mon-Fri 6am-2pm Key Responsibilities Actively be involved in warehousing activities, drive a team and ensure work is performed safely Ensure truck loading/unloading is performed to high standards Managing the preparations of loads Sending Pre Alerts to carriers Ensuring compliance, load restraints, trailers and COR is correct Make sure all fork lift licenses are current and qualified Container scheduling Managing release orders and prioritising these orders Process dispatch orders Ensuring WMS System is up to date and all safety procedures are adhered to Preparing daily reports Assist on Fork Lift when required Skills & Experience Previous experience in similar role and strong work ethic Great communication skills, ability to lead a team Strong customer service focus Highly regarded experience with Paperless, Microsoft suite i.e. excel, outlook, teams Experience in WMS is essential Intermediate level of Excel Ability to work 6am-2pm Mon-Fri Fork lift license required Benefits Work with Australia's leading transport, warehousing and logistics company Work with a tight-knit team Opportunity to progress within the company Moorebank location with onsite parking About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
