Administration Assistant Fixed Term 12 months Part-Time (32 hours per week) Casual position also available Classification HS1a - HS1 (dependent on experience and qualifications) About the role: The Administration Assistant will provide efficient and effective administration support across all areas of Yarrawonga Health. The Administration Assistant will be highly organised and flexible within their day to day duties. The Administration Assistant will be flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the Organisation. This may include weekends and public holidays. This position will work as a member of the Administration Team and will provide leave relief for planned and unplanned leave across: Main Reception; Ward Clerk; Admissions/Theatre; Medical Records; Aged care Medical Imaging; Antenatal Clinic Other areas of Administration as required. Working closely with our Corporate Services Coordinator and the Administration team your daily duties will include but are not limited to: Greeting and assisting visitors at our General Reception areas; System use such as iPAS; Basic administration duties as directed by your department manager; Growth and training provided for Ward Clerk duties.
