Smash sales targets with clever strategies and handle any escalations with the grace of a referee at a Sunday league match. Be the health and safety guru by enforcing policies, spotting hazards like a hawk, and making sure your team knows the difference between a risk assessment and a tea break. Juggle payroll, stock checks, and vendor relationships like a pro, all while staying true to a "shop local and sustainable" ethos—because saving the planet is always in style. Skills and Experience required Proven experience in a retail or customer service management role, ideally within tourism or speciality retail. Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations and practices.
