What You’ll be Doing: Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow your territory and drive sales performance. Build and nurture long-term client relationships by providing customized, value-driven solutions. Represent the company at industry events, delivering compelling product demonstrations and promoting innovative dairy nutrition solutions. Track customer engagement, monitor sales outcomes, and provide regular performance updates. Collaborate with internal teams to support overall company success and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (or a related field) and 5 years of technical sales experience in agriculture or a similar industry. Strong understanding of agricultural products, market trends, and customer needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Mac OS. A problem-solver with a customer-first mentality, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
