What You’ll be Doing: Drive Sales & Growth: Develop and implement a business plan to expand your territory and boost sales. Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain lasting client connections by offering tailored, impactful solutions. Represent the Brand: Attend industry events, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and promote cutting-edge dairy nutrition solutions. Track & Report: Monitor customer interactions, track sales performance, and provide regular sales reports. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to ensure company success and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (or a related field) and 5 years of technical sales experience in agriculture or a similar industry. Strong understanding of agricultural products, market trends, and customer needs. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Mac OS. A problem-solver with a customer-first mentality, excellent time management, and organizational skills.
