We're hiring now for a Senior Sales Consultant at ou r store at The Grounds in Alexandria In this fantastic role, you will : Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting Act as a keyholder, with higher duties including opening and closing of the store and running the floor when required . Thoroughly understand the customer's needs, we consult our customers as experts in the field to share our knowledge and find the best fit. You'll be eligible to participate in our sales incentive scheme as soon as you start with us - no stand down period. Participate in the success of the store, through providing excellent customer experience, merchandising, processing stock, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators Be an active part of the team, embodying the team model and CORE values . Work 29.25 hours per week . Monday: 9:15am - 5:45pm, Tuesday: 11:00am - 3:00pm, Wednesday: 11:00am - 3:00pm, Thursday: 12:00pm - 5:45pm and Sunday: 9:15am - 5:45pm. To be successful you will need: An ability to build rapport quickly and establish effective relationships. Exceptional customer service skills. Previous experience working in retail . Attention to detail, can-do attitude and ability to learn quickly. Can commit to our 2024 Christmas blackout period; Monday 25th November 2024 - Wednesday 4th December 2024 and Monday 16th December - Sunday 5th Janu a ry .
