A Solution Consultant will lead a team and offer guidance during requirements gathering sessions, determine the solution that best fits those needs of the customer through collaboration with internal and external resources, and demonstrate a product configured specifically towards those business requirements. Responsibilities In partnership with the WorkForce Suite Account Executives and Account Managers, strategically expand existing business and drive new business within the region Effectively communicate the benefits of the enterprise suite to prospective customers and grow the business As a trusted advisor, build in-depth knowledge of clients’ business priorities, challenges and initiatives that can be translated into WorkForce Software opportunities Conduct discovery sessions and requirements analysis to determine key business drivers and functional requirements Collaborate with Account Executives, Services Team, and the Product team to create demonstrations based on a prospect’s requirement Conduct web-based and on-site customer presentations and demonstrations Provide detailed and timely responses to assigned sections of RFP’s Research and understand the market needs of new and existing functionality for all areas of our workforce management software Engage with internal resources including executives, sales, marketing, and other areas to understand the requirements and how new functionality will be positioned in the marketplace Manage multiple, complex, simultaneous projects Learn aspects of labour laws and how they affect employers Cross-train internal team members on products Educate clients on the best practices in deployment and implementation of workforce management software Build APJ Solution consultant capacity by hiring top talent when required across the region Manage day to day activity of all Solutions consultants in APJ region Assist in training and upskilling Solution Consultants Travel 70 % (International and Interstate) Requirements Ability to work in Australia is compulsory Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Candidates must be Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.
