Skills And Experiences General Experience Experience using CRM systems to manage clients Excellent written & verbal communications skills Permanant Residency or Australian Citizenship Sales Certificate IV in real estate or agent's representative certificate (beneficial but not essential for Associate sales roles) Driver's License Passion for Property Off-the-plan sales experience beneficial Marketing Degree or qualification in Marketing or similar Proficient with MS Office365 platform Highly organized Experience coordinating marketing campaigns EDM campaigns Creating marketing insights
