Your Role As a Product Specialist, you will report directly to the National Sales Manager in this on-the-road role. Your primary responsibility will be to work with clinics, medi-aesthetic businesses, doctors, and medical practices (e.g., dermatologists and plastic surgeons), helping them achieve growth and success with our advanced medi-aesthetic technologies. Your territory will focus on the Sydney Metro area, with occasional travel to Wollongong and the Central Coast to service high-end clientele. Key Responsibilities: Educate and demonstrate to clients the unique benefits of our cutting-edge medi-aesthetic technology. Drive sales by identifying and addressing client needs with tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently. Provide exceptional post-sale support and service to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product innovations. About You Demonstrated experience in medical-grade technology sales, pharmaceutical sales, capital equipment, dental sales, or GP sales. A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong ability to build genuine relationships with clients and conduct effective needs analysis. Results-driven and highly motivated to succeed. Previous experience in business development management is advantageous. Must hold a valid Australian driver's license.
