The Role: Attending Open homes Attending market appraisal appointments Buyer call backs Prospecting for new business – both warm and cold leads Build relationships with potential and existing clientele Talk to solicitors and vendors regarding the process of the sale Organise photographers and open homes Some ad hoc administration may be required Monday - Saturday role with a day off in lieu The Person: Previous Real Estate experience - in leasing or sales preferred, however not essential Certificate of Registration is ESSENTIAL Have a car and license Be hungry and want to grow into an agents role down the track Excellent communication and presentation Genuine passion for property and people The Perks: Align yourself with a successful agent who has been in the industry and established a great name for themselves Work with someone who wants to provide you with as much training as you need to succeed.
