Swing City , Australia’s newest and most exciting Golf & Entertainment destination, is looking for enthusiastic casual chefs to join us for the summer period Working closely with and supporting the Head Chef, the casual chef will: Support the Sous and Head Chef with daily operational duties Ensure freshness of all food products, quality cooking techniques and delivery of menu items within a timely manner Working collaboratively with our talented team across the busy summer period Maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness Minimising food waste through utilising effective cooking techniques YOUR BACKGROUND To be successful in this role, you will have: Prior experience in similar role A high standard of personal presentation and standard of hygiene Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be available to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and access to own transport essential Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience BENEFITS We offer a supportive and fun work environment and the opportunity for professional growth through our extensive hospitality operations.
