About The Role: As a fast-growing company, we’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant/Sales Administrator to support our Business Development Manager (BDM) in driving business growth and managing day-to-day sales operations. You will play a key role in supporting our BDM by handling a variety of administrative tasks related to sales processes, customer relationship management, and data analysis. You will ensure that all sales operations run smoothly, and help optimise the efficiency of the BDM’s activities. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling client communications. Assist with the preparation and submission of proposals, quotations, and contracts. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure all sales data is up to date. Monitor and track sales leads, opportunities, and account progress. Help manage and coordinate sales campaigns, events, and presentations. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate with other departments, such as drafting, packaging and estimating to ensure the smooth delivery of projects. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role. Experience using Saleforce or Onsite Companion will be highly regarded but not essential Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. A proactive, positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset. Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
