De Goey Contractors Pty Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HSEQ Administrator to join our team in Mackay. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) functions within our organisation. About the Role: As the HSEQ Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and maintenance of HSEQ systems and processes. Your role will include ensuring compliance with relevant standards, supporting audits, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update HSEQ records, registers, and documentation. • Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Attend safety meetings and prepare meeting minutes. • Support incident reporting, investigation, and corrective actions. • Collaborate with the team to promote a strong safety and compliance culture. • Assist with Document Control for HSEQ Documentation and General Documentation ensuring compliance with ISO Standards. • Provide general administrative support to the HSEQ department. To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need: • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the HSEQ field. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
