Whether you’re an early riser, a night owl, or somewhere in between, we’ve got shifts to suit your availability - day, afternoon, night, sleepover, weekends. In this role, you’ll be more than just a support worker—you’ll be a crucial part of a team that’s all about making a difference, every single day. You’ll help our client navigate daily life, achieve personal goals, and engage with their community, all while building meaningful relationships and having fun along the way What You’ll Be Doing: Empowerment in Action: Help our client build independent living skills, form connections, and take part in activities that matter to them. Team Spirit: Work alongside a fantastic group of like-minded professionals, leading by example and supporting each other to deliver top-notch care. Everyday Heroes: Assist with daily living activities, from personal care to meal prep, while ensuring our client feels safe, respected, and included. Making a Difference: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care that truly enhances the client’s quality of life. About You: To be successful in this role, you will need: • Qualifications: Certificate III in Community Services (or a higher related discipline). If you don’t have it yet, no worries—just be ready to start studying within six months of joining us. • Licenses: A valid Queensland Driver’s License. • Screening: Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening. • Availability: Flexibility to work sleepovers • Passion: A genuine commitment to supporting young people and contributing to a positive team culture. • Values: A strong alignment with our core values of human rights, community, excellence, and empowerment.
