Job description The Role As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and care in line with the service’s philosophy, procedures, and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF). Guide, support, and supervise all enrolled children. Complete required training and professional development to maintain teacher accreditation. Develop and deliver programs and curriculum that support children's learning and development. Work with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years and assist with daily routines. Essential Criteria Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent). Current Working with Children Check. First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one. Excellent understanding of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, NQS, and EYLF. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
