If you are new to training, we will provide you with all the support and coaching you need to become a successful, engaging Trainer About You TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor) Hold a Current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (Higher level qualifications desirable) Current industry experience within the health or first aid industry Experience delivering nationally accredited VET Courses Ability to achieve assessment deliverables and compliance requirements. Experience in blended delivery: remote, online, face to face and industry workshops Demonstrated ability to engage students in a compassionate and understanding way, you are a true people person Additional requirements: A current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker’s Screening , or the willingness to gain one if successful.
