The working hours are 8:30am - 5pm, full time onsite. The Role Our client is seeking a positive and highly motivated Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join their team and job share with the administration team due to an increase in work. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. You will also be working closely with a wonderful and supportive Office Manager in assisting with day to day duties. Duties may include - Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a professional, friendly manner Answering incoming calls and taking messages accurately Booking and scheduling meeting rooms Collating of tax returns, including binding, photocopying, letters Sorting and distributing all sorts of mail for the team Organising catering, ordering kitchen and office supplies Other general administration tasks when required About you Professionally presented and strong communication skills Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks Strong organisational skills Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite Company Culture This firm fosters a culture of professional growth and ongoing career progression.
