Your Role As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and timely delivery of goods. Your leadership will play a key role in optimising workflows, managing inventory, and driving continuous improvement within the warehouse. Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to: Inventory Management : Oversee stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and manage inbound and outbound inventory using Cin7 ERP. Forecasting : Monitor sales trends and historical data to forecast inventory needs and plan procurement accordingly. Procurement & Pricing : Process purchase orders, create and manage SKUs, and maintain accurate product pricing. Staff Management : Recruit, mentor, and schedule warehouse staff, ensuring KPIs are met and fostering a positive work environment. Peak Season Planning : Prepare for high-demand periods, especially Christmas, by ensuring adequate stock, staff, and resources. Operational Efficiency : Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and optimise workflows to align with business goals. Health & Safety : Enforce compliance with safety and hygiene standards, ensuring a secure workplace. Strategic Alignment : Collaborate with management to review KPIs and align warehouse operations with company objectives. About You: Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager in the Online Retail industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Experience with ERP systems, Sin7 would be advantageous. A commitment to workplace health and safety. Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff Ability to work under pressure, especially during high-demand periods. Why Join Us?
