Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate cost estimates, factoring in variations and contingencies. Prepare detailed scopes of work and material lists for each project. Collaborate with internal teams to align budgets and specifications with client needs. Identify and address project risks while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Drive cost-saving initiatives and improve estimating processes. Negotiate supplier pricing and establish reliable procurement arrangements. Ensure effective communication to facilitate seamless project delivery. About You: At least 2 years of experience estimating single and double-storey homes. Excellent communication skills suited to a fast-paced construction setting. Proven experience in managing and negotiating commercial contracts. Proficiency in relevant software and the ability to analyze plans, costs, and schedules. Strong understanding of trades, material supply chains, and their interdependencies.
