We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join the team at our new and improved Sussex Hotel ABOUT THE ROLE As a bartender at The Sussex Hotel, you’ll deliver exceptional service and contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of our newly renovated venue. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer and wine knowledge, and coffee. Support training and development of the wider team. Engaging warmly with customers to create a welcoming and friendly environment. Assisting with TAB and Keno operations as needed. Providing exceptional service in the bar and across the venue, including support in food service areas. Ensuring compliance with RSA requirements and promoting responsible service. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar and surrounding areas. Supporting your team to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
