The Job We are seeking a part-time Payroll Officer to join our team in our Sydney office. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of our employees' payroll, while also providing excellent customer service to our staff. What you'll be doing Process Australia and New Zealand weekly pay including calculating leave entitlements, superannuation, and tax obligations Respond to employee payroll inquiries Prepare and submit payroll reports and remittances to relevant authorities Assist with the implementation of payroll system upgrades and improvements Preparation of monthly payroll reports, as well other financial reports What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a payroll officer role Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand payroll legislation and regulations Proficient in using HR3 payroll software Excellent communication and customer service skills Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you're ready to bring your payroll expertise to a dynamic and growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
