About the Role: As our Front of House Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the leadership team of our Newtown store, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our customers leave with a smile. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll lead by example, training and guiding our fantastic team to deliver the exceptional service we're known for. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise daily front-of-house operations. Train and mentor food and beverage attendants, offering feedback and guidance. Master our menu to provide excellent recommendations to customers. Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards. Serve all food and beverages professionally and courteously. Participate in leadership meetings and workshops. What We're Looking For: Previous leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality. A true passion for customer experience and high-quality products. The ability to connect with customers and provide outstanding service. Strong multi-tasking skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
