OUR CLIENT Due to an unexpected number of exciting projects being won, we are working with a consultancy that needs multiple engineers at all levels , from Intermediate through to Senior Associate in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection & Hydraulics to work in Melbourne. This organisation has a strong pipeline of work. THE ROLE Your responsibilities will be determined by your level of experience but can include the following: Scoping, designing, and coordinating the engineering elements of projects. Assistance and guidance to all engineering staff as appropriate for all design issues. Overseeing the engineering staff and checking engineering designs. Project managing projects as allocated to you by management. This shall include briefing design staff, representing the company at design meetings, undertaking inspections of building works and ensuring that all designs are coordinated. Assist in maintaining and further developing the company’s quality assurance procedures and practices. Demonstrated ability to lead building services delivery and contribute specialised knowledge independently Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong commitment to delivering projects to the highest standards ABOUT YOU You will have the following skills: At least 3-15 years local experience Permanent work rights in Australia An appropriate bachelor's degree qualification in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field Can work autonomously Can work on projects throughout the lifecycle THE PERKS This opportunity is a good one because: $90,000 - $200,000 per year super, depending on experience Flexible work environment, work/life balance A national consultancy that is working on the biggest and best projects in the country Work with great clients Paid parental leave & leave options You will have a good career progression pathway.
