As an Applications Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing and supporting their enterprise business systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering key IT improvements. About the Role In this position, you will oversee application configuration, implementation, and system enhancements while ensuring seamless daily operations. You’ll be instrumental in diagnosing and resolving application challenges, managing integrations, and participating in the rollout of new system features. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical skills across ERP platforms, SQL, and cloud technologies, while gaining experience with cutting-edge tools like the Microsoft Power Platform. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement application upgrades, ensuring enhanced system performance. Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to meet business and system requirements. Troubleshoot software issues and develop solutions to maintain continuity. Manage system integrations, particularly with ERP platforms using APIs, ETLs, and other tools. Document system processes, create user manuals, and maintain knowledge bases. Stay up to date with emerging IT trends, particularly in enterprise software and integrations. Critical Experience Proven experience in application configuration, integration, and development. Experience with ERP TechnologyOne Working knowledge of SQL databases, stored procedures, and views. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, plus CI/CD processes. Excellent communication and time management skills. Desirable Knowledge Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Logic Apps, and API concepts.
