DESCRIPTION In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Answering incoming calls and distribution of daily mail - Support various reporting requirements, generating purchase orders and Invoicing tasks - Collate and maintain information in centralised databases - Supporting the payroll function for the branch - Maintaining the reception area, greeting visitors and following induction processes - Office management tasks including stationary and consumable management - Interacting with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders - Coordination of events such as training, meetings and catering requirements RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role you will need the following: - Strong organisational skills - Adaptable and ability to work with a wide range of people - A high level of attention and time management - The ability to work effectively as part of a team - Confidence using Microsoft Suite Applications coupled with the ability to work across multiple systems - A proactive focus with a can-do attitude QUALIFICATIONS Collation and data entry of timesheets. Preventative maintenance and tool calibration tracking, booking, data entry and reporting. Process purchase orders and accounts for payment.
