Your Role Initially, you’ll be based on-site, supporting the client’s Project Director and your Project Manager on a large, complex data centre project. Over time, you’ll gain experience across various project types, giving you exposure to the broader scope of Project Management. Key responsibilities include: Assisting in creating and implementing workflows and processes that the project team will follow throughout the project lifecycle. Supporting and documenting administrative functions for project deliverables. Developing systems and processes under the guidance of the project team to streamline operations. Gaining exposure to traditional Project Management duties, progressively taking on more responsibilities as you grow into the role. This role is designed to evolve. Within 12–18 months, you’ll begin transitioning into a true Project Management position, supported by a clear pathway for growth and development. Do You Suit This Role? We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will: Have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) and a natural ability to build relationships. Be degree-qualified in Property, Construction, Engineering, or Project Management. Possess 2 years of experience in a construction- or property-related role. Show a willingness to learn and grow, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
