Your Role Initially, you’ll be based on-site, supporting the client’s Project Director and your Project Manager on a large, complex data centre project. Over time, you’ll gain experience across various project types, giving you exposure to the broader scope of Project Management. Key responsibilities include: Assist in the management of contractual documentation including supplier documentation and the drafting of scopes of work Assist in undertaking financial and administrative project activities including cost control, budgeting, forecasting, claims review and negotiation as required. Administer contracts and purchase orders for procurement of materials, equipment and contracts ensuring execution in accordance with project requirements Assist in the preparation of documentation and administration of progress claims including maintaining records for delays, extensions of time and variations in line with contractual requirements Maintenance and updating of variation and drawing registers as required This role is designed to evolve. Within 12–18 months, you’ll begin transitioning into a true Project Management position, supported by a clear pathway for growth and development. Do You Suit This Role? We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will: Have excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal) and a natural ability to build relationships. Be degree-qualified in Property, Construction, Engineering, or Project Management. Possess 3 years of experience in a construction- or property-related role. Show a willingness to learn and grow, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
