If you’re a detail-oriented professional with a knack for quality assurance and strong administrative skills, we want to hear from you What You'll Be Doing As the Quality Assurance and Administration Officer , you’ll report directly to the Site Manager and play a critical role in ensuring processes meet the highest standards. Your contributions will span across quality assurance and administrative tasks, helping maintain and elevate the operational standards. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance: Manage the HACCP/SQF system on site, ensuring all quality benchmarks are met. Address customer QA enquiries, including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Supplier Food Safety Questionnaires. Collaborate with the National QA Team to maintain and update quality documents. Prepare for and participate in internal and external certification audits, ensuring compliance. Keep internal registers and document management systems up to date. Support the Site Manager in resolving customer complaints and ensuring effective solutions. Administration: Assist with CHEP and LOSCAM pallet processes. Handle phone calls and direct queries as needed. Perform general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What We're Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, organisation, and technical skills to the table. The ideal candidate will have: Relevant qualifications in Quality Assurance or Administration. 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. Demonstrated experience with HACCP, SQF, and quality audits. Proficiency in SAP systems and a strong grasp of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems. Advanced skills in Excel and Word. Exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders. A willingness to learn and adapt, with the flexibility to take on new tasks as needed.
