About the role: We’re seeking a Bachelor-qualified Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Preschool Room. In this role, you’ll design and implement innovative learning programs that foster school readiness, creativity, and a love for exploration. Your leadership will inspire a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education while building meaningful relationships with children and families. Key Responsibilities: Planning, implementing and evaluating programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS); Leading a team of educators ensuring the highest quality of care is provided for our children across all our rooms; Engaging with children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development; Motivating and supporting a team of educators to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation; Building and maintaining a team-oriented approach by being open to different views, receptive to feedback and reflective upon best practice; Bringing a friendly, mature and professional approach to everything you do; Ensuring your room is safe, welcoming and a space that children, educators and parents want to be in. Full availability Monday to Friday between the hours 6.30am - 6.00pm. About you: You will be a passionate and nurturing Room Leader with an ability to inspire others and guide their practices to assist in the delivery of high quality education in an Early Childhood setting. If you demonstrate outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, coupled with creativity, initiative, and problem-solving abilities, you're the person we're looking for. What We’re Looking For: A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification. Experienced Leader: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of educators. Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and best practices for school readiness programs. Current WWCC, first aid certifications, and a proactive, positive attitude. Ready to Explore New Opportunities?
