Job Description •Supervising and managing the team of Reservations Sales Agents and the Groups Reservations Coordinator including task assignment and rostering •Operationally supporting the Reservations team including assisting at peak call volume times and being available to answer questions from the team •Regularly checking the average reservation handling times and coaching Ambassadors to meet service targets and brand standards •Ensuring there is quality communication and support between all internal stakeholders, such as, but not limited to Commercial Teams, Front Office and Food & Beverage •Completing and collating all daily, weekly and monthly reports with accuracy and in a timely manner •Room inventory management •Updating Opera Cloud with rates, packages, validity dates and availability control •Accountable for the ongoing management of partnership accommodation
