About the Role In this role, you will coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and agendas, and track action items across various programs and committees. You will also oversee the application and audit processes for members (Occupational Therapists) seeking to join specific programs. This position is crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of member services, providing precise and timely administrative support, and a high level of stakeholder engagement to drive quality outcomes. This role is a short-term contract however due to growth within the business other opportunities may become available beyond the initial 4.5-month term Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for members and assist them in the enrolment for specific programs Implement administrative processes in line with policy and procedures, including updating CRM systems Respond to online and phone-based member queries, drafting timely correspondence Administer and coordinate the annual audit process for the program’s Provide efficient administrative and secretarial support including minute-taking, managing agendas and coordinating action items Coordinate committee meetings, and team meetings, manage files, and maintain intranet resources Provide proofreading and document preparation support for formal communications What You’ll Bring: High-level admin and secretarial experience Excellent communication and customer service skills to confidently liaise with members, senior managers and external stakeholders High-level organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general IT systems Strong experience in managing data and documents, including extracting information from databases How to Apply If you're passionate about delivering admin and secretarial support, are highly organised with excellent attention to detail, APPLY NOW.
