We are currently seeking a reliable motivated Administration Assistant to join our team, reporting to Office Manager. This position requires a proactive individual who can support various administrative tasks efficiently and contribute to the smooth functioning of the team whilst being first point of contact at the Foundation Head Office, Lathlain. This is a 12-month fixed-term full-time position The key areas of focus in this role: Reception duties (Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.) Providing first level knowledge about the Foundation Greeting, directing, and supporting visitors, inclusive of program participants Coordinating meeting room bookings for external stakeholders Provide administrative support to People & Capability and Quality, Compliance & Safety team Other general administration support to Foundation staff at the head office You may be what we are looking for if you have the following experience / skills: Positive can-do attitude towards teamwork and collaboration, eager to learn Experience with customer service or client interaction Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role or similar position Essential Requirements: Ability to obtain: Police clearance and Working with Children.
