We’re on the lookout for a motivated and skilled administrator to become a key part of our dynamic Client Services team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and are eager to contribute to the success of a high-performing team, we’d love to hear from you About the role Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for financial administration of the department ’ s customer service delivery effort, assisting with contract data handling, processing warranty repairs and other administrative tasks as needed. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the overall smooth operation of our service delivery. Provide backup telephone and email service enquiry support, to our field service team. Reviewing project and contract data. Create quotes, purchase orders and invoices in line with our business activities. Commercial administration: process services tickets, ensuring billing details are captured and bills are entered and dispatched. To succeed in this role, you must be highly motivated with a passion for providing a great customer experience as part of a high performing service desk and field services team. About you In supporting our Client Services team, you will be ready-to-go, self-motivated with administration experience. Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Have the capability to work autonomously as part of a high-performance team. Have a natural passion for customer service excellence. Be reliable and trustworthy. Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal improvement, development, and learning. Experience in administration, finance or contract management, although not essential.
