This role will have you applying your strong relationship management and leadership skills as well as collaborative nature when dealing with new/established customers and partner networks and working with the internal product team and peers across the world. Key Responsibilities: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our Robotics solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations for targeted customers Assisting and guiding clients on the selection of best-fit Robotics Solutions for their environment. Facilitating introductions between end customers and partners Ensure a pipeline of leads and sales is maintained annually Building long-term client relationships Reporting/forecasting sales opportunities Attending Trade show Events and supporting Marketing initiatives Contribute to Sales and Marketing Strategy Tracking of opportunities via Salesforce CRM Skills and Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic, Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), or equivalent Minimum 3 years of sales experience. 3 years of working experience specializing in robotics, industrial automation, or machinery Familiarity with Robotics, PLC programming, or Industrial Automation systems. Proficient in Salesforce, and Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). MUST HAVE a Proactive and positive attitude. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively. Ability to connect with customers at all levels and build long-term relationships. This role requires being outside and engaging with clients in various locations. Willingness and ability to travel frequently for on-the-road sales activities.
