About the Role: As a Delegate Sales Representative at Aventedge, you’ll drive event growth by meeting delegate revenue targets by selling tickets, passes or packages to attendees of organisations where the event aligns with the clients needs. This role involves engaging with new and existing clients, and showcasing our delegate opportunity. You'll also collaborate closely with the production and sales support teams to maximise campaign success and enhance client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Achieve Delegate Targets: Meet or exceed revenue targets and event milestones to drive the predictable growth of our event portfolios. Develop and Execute Sales Campaigns: Create and Implement delegate sales strategies tailored to each event’s unique value proposition. Engage in Consultative Selling: Follow the Aventedge Delegate Sales Process, ensuring a solution-driven approach that maximises client value. Market Mapping and Opportunity Generation: Proactively identify target accounts and generate opportunities through strategic market mapping. Collaborate with Sales Support and Production Teams: Provide tactical guidance to the Sales Intelligence Support (SIS) team and collaborate with production to address issues and brainstorm revenue-driving ideas. Maintain CRM Accuracy: Ensure all activities, interactions, and pipeline records are updated for transparency and accurate forecasting. Post-Event Evaluation and Client Retention: Conduct post-event reviews to assess delegate satisfaction, improve future engagements, and drive rebooking rates.
