Join us to work on exciting PostgreSQL operational activities and help integrate enterprise tools for monitoring, backups, and security management. Key Responsibilities: Manage PostgreSQL operational activities, including backups, recovery, and restoration. Integrate with enterprise tools for monitoring, alerting, security, access management, and backups. Perform security hardening and ensure infrastructure best practices. Must have skills and experience: PostgreSQL Expertise : At least 2 years of in-depth experience working inside PostgreSQL—managing internal configurations, security, recovery, and database structures. Database Recovery : Proficient in recovering PostgreSQL databases using native recovery procedures (not via RDS/DBaaS). Cluster Management : Preferred experience managing clustered PostgreSQL databases on VMs (not RDS or Aurora). DBA Infrastructure Skills : Hands-on experience in automation or pipeline-driven builds, not just console-based setups. Technical Skills (At least 2 of the following): Strong Bash/Shell scripting on UNIX/Linux. Ansible for configuration and automation. Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure as code.
