This is a diverse role offering you the ability to get involved in: Tender & Estimation: Assisting with tender preparation, performing take-offs, and preparing detailed scopes of work. Subcontractor Management: Negotiating and awarding subcontracts, managing claims, and overseeing contracts. Procurement & Variations: Sourcing materials, managing variations, and liaising with consultants to resolve RFIs. Compliance & Documentation: Preparing essential project documentation for construction certification and ensuring accuracy. Project Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to deliver successful outcomes. This role will allow you to work on diverse projects of varying scales, giving you the experience needed to accelerate your career development. About You: Ideally you will have: A qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering or related field. Ideally 2 years’ experience in the build environment or related field, we are open to graduates too Experience as a Contract Administrator and/or Estimator will be highly regarded Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
