As a call centre representative, you will be assisting customers over the phone, email and live chat on various enquiries regarding the use of the company's online entertainment platforms. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional support across phone, email, and live chat channels. Assist with customer enquiries, ensuring a seamless experience on our platform.
