Contracts Administrator required to join the project team in delivering Health, Education, Industrial and Retail projects in Brisbane. Our successful head contractor is seeking a driven Contracts Administrator to join a high-performing team delivering Commercial Multi-level construction projects circa $15M in Brisbane and surrounding areas. You will collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager, Estimating Team, and Project Manager, welcoming their ideas and input to negotiate, and manage subcontracts throughout the project full build and delivery process. Working alongside the Project Manager, you will ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and provide subcontractors with all necessary information to mitigate risks and refine their pricing prior to tendering. A background in the construction industry is essential, along with qualifications Construction Management or similar. To excel in this role, you should be driven, results-oriented, a team player, a strategic thinker, and passionate about your work, with a solid understanding of current building and contract practices. Key Responsibilities: Drafting Scope of Works and project/financial reports Collaborating with the Project team Cash flow forecasting and maintaining accurate cost codes Budget control and oversight Managing formal notices and key correspondence Subcontractor procurement, liaison, and management Maintaining a register of suppliers and subcontractors Interpreting plans and specifications to ensure compliance and quality standards Processing progress claims Requirements: 3-5 years of Contracts Administration experience Proven track record in delivering commercial projects up to $15M Experience in Emergency Services, Tourism, Industrial, or Retail projects Fluent with Procore or Jobpac software Strong negotiation & price risk mitigation skills Degree in Construction Management or equivalent Commercially astute with strong attention to detail Proactive, with a can-do attitude and a desire to further develop your construction career Local experience and existing relationships with trades Company Benefits: Clear staff development framework pathways Supportive team culture with regular social events Long-term opportunities and stable employment How to Apply: If you meet the above requirements and are ready for your next opportunity, click "APPLY" or send your CV to markstreamlinecareers.com.au or contact 0409 577 690.
