Managing the Sunshine Coast region autonomously, becoming the preferred supplier for all windows/doors solutions CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS: The successful candidate must have the drive and willingness to learn a new industry and products. You’ll be required to align with most of these requirements: Driven and proven sales performer within the building materials industry (strong annual turnover, high quality service, valuable relationships Exceptional consultative selling skills with proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close. Demonstrates best-in-class skills in building rapport, understanding customers' needs, presenting solutions, handling objections, converting business, and following up. Experience in similar channels working with architects, builders and/or retail customers - highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, engage and influence people effectively on all levels. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
