As the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind the customer interactions. You'll manage incoming calls, provide customers with quotes, and ensure the team delivers exceptional service. This is a brand-new role, so you'll have the chance to put your stamp on the customer service operations and really make it your own Working alongside the Administration, Operations and Sales team, you will help support customers with any queries. Handle incoming customer calls, providing quotes and solutions with a friendly, can-do attitude. Develop and implement best practices to enhance customer service experience. Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and growth. Eventually lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed. Create a fun, engaging team environment that encourages collaboration and creativity. About you: A natural leader with a passion for customer service and team development. Someone with experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a team leader or supervisory role. Excellent communicator who loves connecting with customers and helping them find solutions.
