Role Overview: A results-driven, strategic leader passionate about driving revenue growth, coaching high-performing teams, and optimising sales processes to elevate the Aaron Sansoni Group as a market leader. The Head of Sales will lead a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and innovation to consistently exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership Develop and drive the company’s sales vision, strategy, and revenue targets. Establish clear sales goals and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. Serve as the lead advocate for sales excellence, ensuring processes, tools, and training align with industry best practices. Team Performance Enhancement Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Regularly review and analyse team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic adjustments. Produce monthly and quarterly reports for the General Manager – Commercial detailing team progress against targets, objectives and areas of focus. Coaching and Development Implement a comprehensive training and development program to increase team skill levels and performance. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and upskilling for team members, driving year-on-year performance improvements. Create a high-performance team culture that attracts and retains top talent. Process and System Optimisation Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, reducing sales cycle and improving conversion %. Introduce and integrate tools and technologies that support the sales process and improve outcomes. Monitor and manage CRM (HubSpot) usage to ensure accuracy and reliability of data. Talent Management Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing sales team members. Manage underperforming staff through structured performance improvement plans, making termination decisions when necessary to maintain performance standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with the Marketing, Experience, Finance and Events teams to align on go-to-market strategies and enhance client acquisition and retention efforts. Provide insights to optimise marketing strategies and program offerings to support sales initiatives. Competencies Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve outstanding results. Coaching and Mentoring: Strong ability to develop sales talent and foster a high-performance culture. Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing performance data and making informed decisions to optimise sales outcomes. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at managing stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions promptly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field. At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record, including 3 years in a sales management or leadership role. Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, and other sales performance technologies. Strong business acumen with experience managing sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
