About the role This position is a casual part-time role working approximately 25-32 hours per week Your new role will include: Answering incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner Scheduling appointments (using Bluechip software) Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically Liaise with GP's, other health professionals and government agencies Type documents as required using dictaphone (Olympus) Booking service and quote callouts Handle cash, Eftpos and other payments and adhere to practice billing policy Prepare documents for mailout Data entry Scanning and filing of reports and paperwork Any other adhoc administration duties when required About You Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable Medical Receptionist who can work in a fast paced environment and can hit the ground running This role will suit a professional and friendly person with experience in a similar role.
