We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join our team as Warehouse Coordinator. This role will maintain efficient and accurate inventory storage location across all company warehouses. The role will also support stock movements between locations and maintain accurate inventory data in the NetSuite ERP. The role would be full time working 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am to 2:00pm Fridays. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to our Inventory Manager you will support the following: Coordinate and oversee all warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, and picking goods. Receive and unload stock deliveries – verify stock against packing list, report on variations Work with Inventory and Production Coordinators to resolve any issues or discrepancies of inbound orders. Accurately and efficiently managing Transfer Orders between company locations in NetSuite Material handling and movement of stock to designated storage areas or departments Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery, notify Inventory and Dispatch Manager of required repairs and replacements as needed. Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to optimise warehouse efficiency and productivity. Organise inventory for easy access, maintaining the cleanliness of warehouse Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity and data accuracy Completion of weekly scheduled Stock Counts – including Packaging supplies, Fabrics, Trims and Raw Materials Prepare shipments for export to offshore suppliers of raw materials and trims, provide accurate shipping details and invoices Generate and maintain product identifiers including but not limited to SKU, Component lists, Product Line etc Develop best practice processes and continual improvement projects Annual Stock Take duties Ad hoc duties as required by management Essential Knowledge/Behaviours: Current Australian driving license Ability to meet daily goals and deadlines. Demonstrate effective time management skills.
