They offer an array of bakery and food ingredients, as well as a wide range of canned, frozen, and concentrated fruits catering to specific customer requirements. THE ROLE As the Front of house receptionists, and the first point of contact for client services your role is one of the most valuable and significant in the company, and that is how management view this position. This role will see you liaising directly with major clients, across Australia along with senior management. You will bring core skills to the role which will see the position grow and vary, as you interact with departments including Despatch, Accounts, Operations and HR. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Maintain front of house Handling and directing incoming calls Meet and Greet clients Inductions and sign in visitors Receiving orders from team via email and telephone Database entry Direct contact with clients to confirm order and schedule delivery times. Communicating with drivers, as to their timetables and ETA's Ensuring daily schedule is complete at the end of each day for new orders. Track deliveries Taking inbound customer service calls Working closely with the customer service team on a day-to-day basis Ordering. THE ESSENTIALS A personal disposition with a caring attitude. Sound administrative, computer and customer service skills. Exposure within the manufacturing or service industry is preferred. You thrive in a changing environment. You have a mature approach to your work; your communication is your forte. You have proven multitasking skills You have exposure to working to policy, procedure, and adhering to WHS awareness.
